We use high temp industrial grade RTV silicone material blended to handle the extreme temperatures of the powder coating process.

Rapid Design & Prototype
Our design team moves quickly to develop a custom solution for each project, then leverages state‑of‑the‑art additive manufacturing to produce a high‑temperature silicone masking tool prototype as fast as next day.
Rapid Production
The rapid prototype is tested either on site at your shop or in our lab in Tulsa. If changes need to be made, the design team quickly does the modification, then produces another prototype. Once approved, we seamlessly transition into full production quickly delivering consistent, repeatable results at scale.
Order As Needed
Once a solution has been developed, it will be assigned a unique part number and will become a part of your custom catalog. When ever you need more, simply place an order. Select your color and quantity, and get your custom masking tools as fast as same day if you're around Tulsa.
